Alpine Communications always includes the dealer Installation, Programming and User Manuals for all the systems we sell. We don't nickel and dime you for the necessary accessories required to properly install and program your system - these are always included. We give you everything you need to properly install and program your system at no additional cost. If the system you purchase from us requires programming software, we will provide that at no cost as well. Most of our competitors charge an additional $85.00 to $115.00 for the system manuals alone, and do not include the programming software. We include the Windows Programming software, Quick Connect Blocks, PC Programming Cables, Quick Guides, additional telephone DESI labels, along with the label printing software is also included with every complete system purchase*. Basically, we give you EVERYTHING you or your technician will need to properly install and program your system! We also pay all ground shipping charges within the continental US if you order on line using our WebStore shopping cart.
We also INCLUDE additional blank telephone overlay labels with many systems, as well as the overlay printing software (when you order your phone system with telephones) for printing your own custom overlay labels for your telephones! Most of our competitors don't even offer this, or if they do, they charge you for it!

Most orders placed by 3 PM ET will ship the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM ET will ship the following business day. It's that simple! Orders outside of California do not pay sales tax.
